Essential Care
Keep it Simple. Skim, brush, and chemistry.
- Weekly, every other week, or monthly.
- We skim the surface and the waterline, brush the walls, steps, and benches, empty the baskets, test the water, and check the equipment.
- Chemicals used to balance the water are not included.
- A pool opening, a pool closing, and the annual inspection can be added. They are not included.
- A spa on its own system, and any water feature, are their own jobs. They are not part of the pool visit.
Best when: You want the water and the equipment looked after, and you plan to vacuum the floor yourself or you can always upgrade to our Signature Care.

- Weekly care through the swim season, plus one look in the shoulder season.
- We vacuum the floor on the week of service. In-season balancing chemicals are included.
- One pool opening, one pool closing, and the annual inspection are included. We follow through on what the inspection finds.
- When the pool is losing water, leak detection is included. The repair after that finding is its own conversation.
- One written report for a home sale is included if you ask for it that year.
Best when: You want Signature’s cleaning, first priority when something fails, and the leak look included when the water is dropping.
