Crozet has grown. New equipment and HOA screening sit against foothill weather. Elevation makes freeze more honest than a Richmond suburb.
Keswick
Keswick lots are often larger: more equipment, more cover, more privacy. The Care standard is the same visit order, written for that pad.
Ivy
Ivy lots sit in the trees. Shade changes sanitizer demand. Oak changes the skimmer. We test in the yard we are standing in, not from a chart written for full sun.
