Chemical-only visit

We test the water and balance it. This visit does not include a full cleaning.

Why it matters

If the pool is already clean and the readings have drifted, the job is the chemistry. A full cleaning would be the wrong visit.

What the visit includes

We test the water on site, including the readings that drift after rain or a heavy swim day.
We adjust what is out of range.
We retest when the change calls for it.
We do not skim, brush, and vacuum the whole pool on this visit.

When to ask for it

Book a chemical-only visit when the pool is already clean and the water needs to be brought back into range. If the surface is dirty, ask for a full clean. If the water is green, ask for a recovery.

One-time full clean
After a trip, a storm, or a few weeks on your own, one thorough clean puts the pool back. You do not have to take a Care level to get that visit.
Green-to-clean recovery
Green water is living growth, not one chemical adjustment. The longer it sits, the more the filter loads and the harder the recovery becomes. Starting while it is still early keeps a bad week from becoming a bad month.
