When it cannot wait

We come look when equipment has stopped, is leaking, or will not clear an error. When a heater will not run. When the pool is losing water and you do not know why. When the water has turned and cannot wait. When a cover or a circulation problem makes the pool unsafe to use.

Why it matters

These are the problems that get worse if they sit until the next scheduled day. If you smell gas, or you see sparking at the equipment, leave it alone and call your utility or 911. Then call us about the pool.

What the visit includes

• Equipment that has stopped, is leaking, or will not clear an error.
• A heater that will not run.
• Water loss you cannot explain.
• Water that has turned and cannot wait for the next visit.
• A cover or a circulation problem that makes the pool unsafe to use.
• A straight answer about when we can be there. We do not promise to come at every hour.
