Brandermill and Woodlake are lake-community pools with oak, HOA rhythm, and families who actually swim. The pad is part of a house that gets used, not a showpiece that sits idle.
Heavy summer use, then a hard leaf season. Filters and covers do real work here.
Tidewater Care. Every technician is a Certified Pool and Spa Operator. We check the equipment on every visit. Existing pools are welcome.

- Weekly visits, or a visit every other week.
- We test and balance the water on site for the weather where you live.
- We open the pool in spring and close it for winter.
- We check the pump, filter, heater, and the rest of the equipment on every visit.
- If something needs attention sooner, or the pool is losing water, tell us and we will come look.
Richmond / Central context
Chemistry and winterization follow inland nights, not coastal humidity. Clay and drainage show up on the pad as much as in the yard.
Hotter stretches in July. Earlier frost than the oceanfront. Oak leaf load in the West End and Midlothian corridors.
