Annual inspection

Once a year we review the pool surface, the tile, the coping, where the deck meets the pool, the equipment, and the safety equipment we can see. We take photos you can compare later.

Why it matters

A fitting that is starting to weep, or a part that is wearing out, is easier to plan for when you see it before it fails in the middle of the swim season.

What the visit includes

• We look at the pool surface, the tile, the coping, and where the deck meets the pool.
• We look at the pump, filter, heater, valves, and any controls, and we photograph them.
• We look at the cover and the other safety equipment we can see.
• We tell you what can wait and what should be handled before the season is busy. The inspection is not the repair.

When to ask for it

Signature includes one each year. Estate includes it, and we follow through on what the review finds. Essential can add it. It is a look and a written record. It is not a repair, and it is not a report written for a home sale.
