Filter, equipment, and leaks
Diagnostic visit
Something has failed or looks wrong. We come look at that system, tell you what you can handle yourself, and write the next step.
Why it matters
Replacing a part before anyone looks spends the repair on a guess. A visit that tells you what is actually happening is how you choose the next step.
What the visit includes
- We look at the system that failed.
- We say when it is something you can handle yourself, and when it needs us.
- When we can, we get the water moving again until the repair.
- You get the next step in writing.
- Parts and labor are approved before anything comes off the truck.
- We do not publish a list of structural repairs. If the pool needs that kind of look, we say so after we have seen it.
When to ask for it
Essential is seen in the regular order. Signature is given preference, because we already know the equipment. Estate is seen first. We do not promise to be there at every hour. We will tell you when we can come.

Filter deep-clean
A filter that is packed with debris cannot clear the water, even when the chemistry is right. The pump works harder, and the pool stays dull. Cleaning what is inside the filter is what lets the water polish again.
Extra visit
A noisy pump, a cloudy day after a storm, or a water level that dropped should not sit on the calendar. An extra visit keeps a small problem from becoming the next recovery.
Leak detection
Unexplained water loss keeps using water and chemicals until someone finds where it is going. Looking first keeps you from treating a leak as a chemistry problem.
