Filter, equipment, and leaks
Leak detection
If the pool is losing water and you do not know why, we look and write what we find. We do not call it a structural problem from a note.
Why it matters
Unexplained water loss keeps using water and chemicals until someone finds where it is going. Looking first keeps you from treating a leak as a chemistry problem.
What the visit includes
- We look at the equipment, the fittings, the returns, the skimmers, the lights, and where the deck meets the pool.
- We use dye where it answers the question.
- We separate a loss on the equipment from a loss in the pool.
- When the lines need it, we pressure-test the circulation lines.
- When looking and dye are not enough, we listen for the path.
- We write the next step. We do not decide the pool has a structural problem from a message or a photo.
When to ask for it
On Estate, this look is included when the water loss shows up. The repair after the finding is still its own conversation. On Essential and Signature, leak detection is available as its own visit. If the equipment is flooding, call us as an emergency.

Filter deep-clean
A filter that is packed with debris cannot clear the water, even when the chemistry is right. The pump works harder, and the pool stays dull. Cleaning what is inside the filter is what lets the water polish again.
Extra visit
A noisy pump, a cloudy day after a storm, or a water level that dropped should not sit on the calendar. An extra visit keeps a small problem from becoming the next recovery.
Diagnostic visit
Replacing a part before anyone looks spends the repair on a guess. A visit that tells you what is actually happening is how you choose the next step.
