Waterline detail
A closer cleaning of the tile and calcium at the waterline, after we have seen it.
Why it matters
A regular brush keeps the week in order. A built-up waterline needs its own time, and it should be scoped after someone has looked at it.
What the visit includes
- We look at the waterline first.
- We detail the tile and the calcium we can see.
- We tell you if what remains is beyond a cleaning.
When to ask for it
Book it when the line has built up past what the weekly brush is for.

Spa on its own system
Folding a separate spa into the pool opening leaves that system unstarted, or closed wrong. Keeping it separate is how both are done completely.
Water feature
A feature has its own pump and its own lines. Leaving it inside the pool opening or the pool closing is how it gets missed.
Phosphate treatment
Phosphates feed growth. Treating them only after a test keeps us from adding product the water does not need.
Metal treatment
Metals stain the surface and the equipment. Treating a number we have not measured is a guess.
Cover-system service
A cover that will not travel, or will not seal, is an equipment problem. It needs a look before anyone orders parts.
Pre-sale condition report
A buyer and a seller need a document, not a verbal walk-around. The annual inspection is a different visit. This report does not replace it.
Drain, clean, and acid wash
An acid wash is hard on a pool. Doing it every season, or because the water looked dull for a week, wears the surface for no reason.
