Notes and Photos After the Visit
You should see the stop. Chemistry, the pad, and a sentence about what happens next — not a mystery route.
A visit that leaves no record is a visit you cannot manage. Tidewater Care photographs the pad and writes the numbers before we leave.
What you should get
- Chemistry as found and as left
- Pad observations — noise, leaks, cell, pressure
- Waterline and debris notes when they matter
- A clear next step: nothing, DIY, a part, or a longer conversation
Why it is not a portal gimmick
The point is continuity. The technician next week should not be starting from zero. You should not be either. If something failed on Thursday, the Tuesday photo is how we talk about it.
When we say DIY
Not everything is a dispatch. Emptying a basket is yours. Resetting a heater that needs diagnosis is not. The notes should make that line obvious.
