What CPO Certification Means on a Care Route
Every Tidewater Care technician is CPO certified. That is the standard for the person on your pad.
CPO is PHTA’s Certified Pool & Spa Operator program — water management and safety. Tidewater Care uses it as the floor for every technician on every stop.
What it is not
It is not a membership. It is the standard for the person standing on your pad.
What you should notice
Testing before adjusting. A pad inspection that is real. A willingness to say “this is DIY” or “this needs more than a route stop.” Competence has a sequence. Speed does not outrank safety.
Why we say it out loud
