Technician testing pool water before adjusting chemistry

How Care works

What a Tidewater Care Visit Actually Includes

Test first. Then the pad. Then the water. The visit order we use on every stop — not a mystery route.

A Care visit has an order. We do not vacuum first and test last. That order is how small problems stay small.

1. Arrive and look

Safety first. How the pool is being used. Whether anything on the pad looks wrong from the driveway.

2. Test before adjusting

Chemistry is recorded before product goes in. Guessing from last week is how you stack stabilizer or chase pH.

3. Inspect the pad

Pump, filter, heater or heat pump, salt cell, valves, automation, leaks, noise. Every visit. Not a glance on the way to the skimmer.

4. Surface and water level

Baskets, debris, waterline, level. The water you swim in is only half the stop.

5. Adjust chemistry

Small steps. Recheck if equipment was disturbed. Do not dump and leave.

6. Photos and notes

You should see the visit. If something is DIY, we say so. If it needs a longer conversation, the notes say that too.

That sequence is the Care standard on every stop. Every technician is CPO certified. The pad is inspected every visit.
