How Care works
Seasonal Houses and Holiday Weekends
Equipment that sat still still needs a real open. The Neck, and any yard that is quiet all week and crowded on Saturday.
Some Virginia houses are lived in every evening. Some pools sit Sunday to Friday and then get asked to work for a house full of guests. Tidewater Care treats that as a fact, not a surprise.
What sitting does
Chemistry drifts. Cells idle. Animals nest on the pad. A cover collects leaves. Flipping a switch in May is not an open.
Holiday weekends
Give us the week if you can. We look at the cell, the pump, and the chemistry before the guests arrive. We do not invent a 24/7 promise. We do show up on a planned route.
Distance is real
Kilmarnock is not a dense Virginia Beach grid. If we take the yard, the visit still has an order: test, pad, notes. Selective on purpose.
If the house is seasonal, say so when you inquire. The calendar has to match the occupancy.
