Pool care in Northern Virginia: Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Fredericksburg.

Tidewater Care, built for your swim season, now takes care of pools in three Northern Virginia places: Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Fredericksburg. Along the Rappahannock River and the I-95 corridor, pools sit under mature trees, loaded with pollen in spring and leaves in fall, and winter freezes arrive earlier than they do on the coast. We look after the water and the equipment so your pool is ready when you want to swim. Every technician is a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO), and you get notes and photos before we leave. Why Tidewater Care in Northern Virginia

Tidewater Care is based in Virginia Beach and takes care of pools across Virginia, from Hampton Roads to Richmond, the Northern Neck, and Charlottesville. In Northern Virginia we are starting with the towns around Fredericksburg, and we take a pool when we can keep a regular visit schedule. We would rather say plainly that we cannot take a pool than promise a visit we cannot keep. The standard is the same everywhere: test the water before we change anything, check the equipment on every visit, and write down what we saw. Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Fredericksburg each put different demands on a pool, from shaded city lots to lakeside and wooded properties, so each town has its own page. Every visit ends with notes and photos, so you can follow your pool's history from one season to the next.

Service details

Care levels. Essential Care covers skimming, brushing, and testing, with equipment checks. Vacuuming is not part of Essential Care. Signature Care is a full weekly clean with vacuuming, chemicals, one opening, one closing, the annual inspection, and one filter deep-clean, and every-other-week visits are available. Estate Care is weekly and adds an expanded annual inspection, two filter deep-cleans, trend notes, in-house leak dye tests, storm check-ins, and freeze-night checks.

Opening, closing, and winter watch visits. We open the pool in spring and close it in the fall. While the pool is closed, winter watch visits check the cover, the water level under it, and the equipment. Winter watch visits are an add-on for any Care level and are not part of Estate Care.

Between visits. A filter deep-clean, a one-time full clean, a green-to-clean recovery, a diagnostic visit, and leak detection can each be booked on their own. If your pool is losing water and you do not know why, we look for the source and write down what we find. We do not assume it is a structural problem. Once a year the inspection reviews the surface, tile, coping, deck edge, and equipment, with photos you can compare later.

FAQs

Which Northern Virginia towns does Tidewater Care serve?

We take care of pools in Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Fredericksburg. Send your town and neighborhood on the form, and we will tell you plainly whether we can take your pool.

Is Northern Virginia care different from the rest of Tidewater Care?

The standard is the same: CPO-certified technicians, equipment checked on every visit, and notes and photos before we leave. What changes is the calendar. Pollen, leaves, and hard freezes shape when we open, close, and check on the pool.

Do you check my cover?

If you have a safety cover, we check it at your yearly inspection and on winter watch visits. Fences, gates and alarms are yours to check and maintain.

Tell us about your pool. Regular Care, a seasonal open or close, an equipment issue, or a standalone service. No commitment. We will talk about what fits your swim season.
